HOUR DESCRIPTION
Come and increase your body's comprehensive power output & mobility for this class! In class, we practice the most effective ways to increase your body's strength & mobility levels using your own body weight, free weights, couple exercises and various movement games/challenges. In the class, we go over the basics of strength & mobility training and what exactly you need to do to improve. You will learn the correct performance techniques and progressions for movements, which guarantees safe and progressive training long into the future. Every class includes an effective basic exercise and often we also challenge the body and mind with fun movement games and challenges. The class is open to all levels and the exercises are modified to meet your needs and level.
The strength & mobility class is best suited for adults and it is recommended that you are over 15 years old before coming to the class.

You practice hard class bodyweight movements such as handstand push-ups, one-handed chin-ups, planche, etc.

REGISTRATION
You can join us even in the middle of the season and you only pay for the remaining season.
Register for the class you want in the Avoinna24 service from the link below.
Remember to register even if you just come to test the class.
After that, buy a ticket for a trial session, a 5x series ticket, an annual ticket or a ticket for the entire spring season.
If you start the hobby after the beginning of the spring season (January 23, 2023), send us an e-mail at gym(at)legendtrick.com, and we will send you an invoice from which the training sessions already missed have been deducted. Also send an email if more than one member of your family is participating, in which case we will bill you for the training fee with a sibling discount.
In case of possible absences, go and cancel your reservation yourself Open 24 hours by appointment from that day. In this case, trainings will not be removed from your card, and with the spring season ticket you can make up for absences during May. Removal must be done no later than 2 hours before the start of the class.
