Terms of use and disclaimer form<\/h1>\n

I participate in the LegendTrick Gym for free practice shifts and \/ or courses of my own free will and at my own risk, being aware of the risks of injury associated with it.<\/p>\n

Everyone (including adults) must complete a disclaimer form and return it to LegendTrick Gym. Children under the age of 18 must have a guardian's signature and contact information.<\/p>\n

By signing this form, I declare that I do not have any physical or mental injuries or limitations (eg neck, back or support organ injuries) or illnesses (eg heart disease) that could pose a risk when exercising at LegendTrick Gym. If necessary, always talk to the staff first before coming to the gym.<\/p>\n

I agree to abide by all LegendTrick Gym safety guidelines, rules, and advice, prompts, and instructions given by staff.<\/p>\n

By signing, I release VellusTa Oy \/ LegendTrick Gym and the company's employees from all liability in the event of any damage, unless this is due to gross negligence or serious negligence on the part of the company.<\/p>\n

In connection with what I have stated above, I certify that I will not file a criminal or civil claim against the organizer or its representatives. This also applies to my beneficiaries and beneficiaries. LegendTrick Gym \/ VellusTa Oy is not responsible for any damage or injuries that may have occurred to me.<\/p>\n
