Date of birth: 03.06.1993<\/span><\/h3>\n

My background: Many on\/off hobbies when I was younger, such as motocross, skiing, yard trampoline, gym and football. The beginning of tricking in 2010 after I found Youtube videos about tricking. I started practicing tricking actively and taught myself the basic tricks of tricking with the help of YouTube videos, while creating a small tricking community in my hometown J\u00e4ms\u00e4. In 2013, I moved to Tampere, which was (and still is) the tricking center of Finland. The training opportunities were better here, and in the following years I will practice tricking even more actively, trying to reach my own peaks as a tricker. In 2016, I graduated as a Personal Trainer, after which I have also spent a lot of time expanding my own knowledge and experience by studying and actively practicing strength & mobility training, bodyweight training, gymnastics, handstands and movement training. During these years, I have also performed as a tricker, acrobat and fire artist at numerous concerts in four different countries. These days I spend a lot of time on my own training, trying to find my own limits and looking for the best ways to develop myself and my students.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

BACKGROUND<\/h3>\n

I started coaching tricking weekly in 2011 in my hometown J\u00e4ms\u00e4. After this, I have taught tricking more than anyone in Finland (except Vellu, maybe?). Over 1000 hours of teaching for all ages, from young children to over 70 years old, for numerous different body types, which has taught a lot how to teach tricks & acrobatics effectively to all different types of people, taking into account age, sports background, body type, personality, etc. Since 2016, I have also worked as a Peronal Trainer, helping people by creating individual training programs for them, which help us get closer to our own individual strength, mobility, weight, muscle mass and\/or skill goals. After 2019, I have also actively taught handstands to hundreds of people.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

GUIDED BY GOALS<\/h3>\n

My own teaching style and the methods I use have been strongly influenced by major influencers in the field such as Bruce Lee, Ido Portal, Charles Poliquin and Coach Sommer.
My goal as a coach is to help you get closer and finally achieve your own goals by sharing my own knowledge and giving you technical and mental support along the way. To teach & share my own thought model about versatile movement with which we can create an interesting, useful and sustainable way to exercise for you.
