HOUR DESCRIPTION<\/h3>\n

"Creative movement"<\/p>\n

Level: Beginner \/ Basic<\/p>\n

In the parkour class, you will learn the basics of parkour and freerunning. We focus strongly on different vaults, i.e. crossings, descents & rolls and vaults from the podium. No previous experience is required. <\/p>\n

Come and have fun applying the skills you've already learned or learning the basics of parkour from the very beginning. The lesson is best suited for 8-14 year olds.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

IN THIS LESSON YOU WILL LEARN<\/h3>\n

<\/i> Creative movement and volts from the podium
<\/i> New vaults (crossovers)
<\/i>\u00a0 To jump, come down and fall in a controlled manner
<\/i>\u00a0 To see opportunities and new challenges in your environment<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

WHO IS THE LESSON SUITABLE FOR?<\/h3>\n

<\/i> Recommended for approx. 7-14 year olds
<\/i> Little ninjas and child-parent couples
<\/i> For those interested in jumping, climbing and tricks.
<\/i> For tricksters and acrobats who want to apply their skills in different conditions.
