BASIS FOR KEEPING THE REGISTER

The person has registered as a customer of LegendTrick Gym, purchased goods from the online store and/or participates in an event, event or general meeting organized by LegendTrick Gym.

PURPOSE OF USE OF THE REGISTER

The purpose of the register is to maintain Vellusta Oy's customer register, as well as to archive and process customer orders and manage customer relations. The register is also used to track lost packages. The information can be used to develop Vellusta Oy's operations, for statistical purposes and to produce more personalized targeted content in our online services. Personal data is processed within the limits permitted and required by the Personal Data Act.

The information in the register can be used in the register of Vellusta Oy to target advertising without disclosing personal information to outside parties. Vellusta Oy may use partners to maintain customer and service relationships. Some of the register data may be transferred to the partners' servers due to technical requirements. Data is only processed to maintain Vellusta Oy's customer relationship through technical interfaces.

Vellusta Oy has the right to publish the information contained in the customer register as an electronic or written list, unless the customer specifically forbids it. The list refers to e.g. mailing labels for direct advertisements. The customer has the right to prohibit the publication of information by notifying them www.gym.legendtrick.com to customer service, email gym@legendtrick.com or the registrar.

The personal register contains the following information:

Email address
Postal address
Telephone number
Information about processed orders
Posti tracking information for orders

TRANSFER OF INFORMATION

The information in the customer register is only used by Vellusta Oy, except when Vellusta Oy uses an external service provider either to produce a value-added service or to support a credit decision. However, the information is not disclosed outside of Vellusta Oy or for the own use of its partners, except in matters related to credit application, collection or invoicing and when required by law. Personal data will not be transferred outside the European Union, unless it is necessary to ensure the technical implementation of Vellusta Oy or its partner.

The registrant's personal data will be destroyed at the user's request, unless legislation, open invoices or collection actions prevent the data from being deleted.

REGISTRY PROTECTION

The register will not be handed over to third parties. The right to use the register requires the user rights of Vellusta Oy's internal network. The register is located on Vellusta Oy's password-protected server, which can only be accessed by employees of Vellusta Oy, who must use the member register to be able to perform their work.

REGISTRANT'S RIGHTS
The registered person has the right to check what information about him has been stored in the personal data register. A written inspection request must be sent signed to the person responsible for registry matters.

The right of inspection is free of charge once a year at most.

The registered person has the right to demand the correction or deletion of incorrect or outdated data or the transfer of data from one system to another. He also has the right to limit or object to the processing of his data in accordance with Articles 18 and 21 of the EU Data Protection Regulation.

The registered person has the right to withdraw the previously given consent to data processing or to file a complaint with the supervisory authority about matters related to the processing of their personal data.

The registrant also has the right to deny the use of their data for direct marketing purposes.
