CLASS DESCRIPTION – Vellu Morning Workouts

Vellu's Morning Workouts are aimed at those who want to learn the basics of tricking and acrobatics or strengthen the skills you already have in a supportive and goal-oriented group. The workout is suitable for all levels - the most important thing is the desire to improve.
The beginning of the workout consists of From the 30-minute guided section, which includes an effective warm-up and a theme or trick of the day. Vellu provides clear progressions, technique tips and individual attention so you can move forward safely and enthusiastically.
After the guided section, the training continues With 30–90 minutes of independent practice, where you have the opportunity to hone your daily moves, try new things, and train with others. Vellu is always there to spar, give feedback, and keep the atmosphere inspiring.
Often at the end of the morning we also move together to the gym to lift weights, if your mood and schedule allow it – the perfect way to finish your workout and develop overall strength.

CLASS DESCRIPTION: Karina Training Camp
Karina Training Camp is a two-hour guided, intensive morning workout that combines acrobatics, handstands, and mobility. Anyone who wants to develop their skills, hone their technique, and start the day with an energetic flow can come to the class.
The lesson is structured in three parts:
1) Acrobatics: Dynamic movements, progressions and safe technique training – according to your level.
2) Handstand: alignment, strength, balance and different variations as well as individual corrections.
3) Mobility and body care: Active stretches, openings and a restorative end that improves range of motion and prevents stress injuries.
The workout is suitable for both goal-oriented enthusiasts and those who want to start the day calmly but effectively.
Karina leads the class in a relaxed, encouraging and technically strong manner – each participant receives personal guidance and exercises scaled according to their level.
