Have you always wanted to be flexible like a ninja and agile like a cat? Come to LegendTrick's beginner course and you will be one step closer to your goal! The beginner's course is suitable for beginners of all ages who want to learn cool tricks and develop their body movements. You start all over and learn to get stronger along the way. After the basic tricking course, it will be easier for you to do other sports as well. In addition to a proper warm-up, stretching and muscle training, you will learn how to do the basic tricks of a trick and how to fall in a controlled manner.

The intermediate tricks course prepares you for more difficult tricks and combos. We focus especially on the development of your strength, flexibility and muscle memory. Students on the advanced course have the opportunity to perform at events and fun trick competitions, i.e. battles.

Come and learn the secrets of handstand! In class, we practice the most effective ways to learn to stand in handstands, regardless of your starting level. We go through how to practice handstands safely, the most effective exercises that teach your body how to balance on your hands and what all you need to practice to finally be able to balance on your hands yourself. In class, you will learn the necessary muscle fitness exercises and stretches that help prepare your body for effective handstands and prevent common handstand injuries.

HOUR DESCRIPTION

Handstand makes your upper body really strong, improves your balance, blood circulation and breathing. The goal is to get you comfortable standing upside down on your hands so you can move on to more challenging tricks and start practicing on your own at home. To minimize the risk of injury, we do exercises that strengthen your joints.

Most of the participants are adults, but children are also welcome. A good handstand improves and supports the rest of your acrobatics and tricks training, especially half vaults, cartwheels and arabesques.

Acroyoga is a form of physical training that combines yoga and acrobatics. In addition to exercise and strength training, acroyoga offers balance exercises with a partner that can improve concentration and interaction skills.

With the Akro Hula hoop class, you can get to know the wonderful world of hoop dancing. Regardless of whether you want to burn fat effectively and have fun or learn spectacular tricks by manipulating the rim, this class is just for you. During the class, you can get into the summer mood while spinning the hula hoop and listening to nice melodies.

In no other class in our class does the train of laughter carry all the way out for the entire 60 minutes. It's really easy to join the fun and the basics are relatively easy to learn. However, the possibilities for development are unlimited, because our instructor's creativity never ends.

In dance acrobatics classes, soft, flowing floor technique is practiced and sometimes flying acrobatics, which the dancers can use to their advantage in their choreography. You can join the class and try it without any previous background, but it is especially recommended for dancers 🔥

Sometimes the class focuses on making and cleaning individual movements, and sometimes we practice choreography together. You can join the so-called in spare hours, i.e. whenever you can.

Level: Beginner / Basic
In the parkour class, you will learn the basics of parkour and freerunning. We focus strongly on different vaults, i.e. crossings, descents & rolls and vaults from the podium. No previous experience is required. Come and have fun applying the skills you've already learned or learning the basics of parkour from the very beginning. The lesson is best suited for 8-14 year olds.
