CHANGE IN THE CONTINUITY OF KK CARDS: Monthly card membership is automatically extended to the next month, unless it is separately canceled by the customer at least 14 days before the start of the next card period. Before 13.11. The continuation of the monthly card can be canceled with 0-14 days' notice. Cancellation of the continuation of the monthly card is done by email to the address: gym@legendtrick.com

The gym has had problems with some students going to practice without valid cards. If such a situation occurs, it will always be turned in the customer's favor, i.e. there will be days/weeks when the student may have already attended training but does not have to pay for it. At the same time, the students in question fill courses/hours from paying customers, which is not fair to anyone.

In the worst cases, payments cannot be collected even if they have not been taken care of in advance.

This new system is one step towards a clearer and more efficient control of payments. The hours of work dealing with payment issues one by one with our 200 students have become insanely high. The extra working hours of office work caused by the old practice put a burden on our employees and are an unnecessary expense that can be better used in the future to serve our wonderful students.
