HOUR DESCRIPTION

Taking care of mobility and muscle elasticity is an essential part of the well-being of the body of an active exerciser as well as an office worker. Often, however, body care is left too little attention, causing you to suffer from various pain conditions and the risk of injury during training increases.

We often forget that power production improves significantly when we get to use the muscles in their full range of motion. Body care is extremely important if you want to be a good stuntman and acrobat. With stretching and mobility exercises, we keep our body elastic and the so-called oiled, making all our operations easier and more economical.

In this class, we will focus on both bodyweight exercises and increasing your mobility.
