Aerial SILKS
HOUR DESCRIPTION
Aerial acrobatics is a subspecies of acrobatics originating from the circus, whose enthusiasts perform spectacular tricks while hanging from various aerial acrobatics equipment. Our aerial acro lesson is "aerial silks". Enthusiasts are taught the basics of safe aerial acro, to climb fabrics effortlessly, to swing, to tie knots and to perform different positions and tricks with the help of fabrics.
At the beginning of each class, warm-ups and basic exercises that increase strength and endurance are done. As your skills increase, you can do more challenging movements and movement sequences, which our instructor, Terhi Tavi, guides with her expert and gentle touch.
