LESSON DESCRIPTION – Level 1

Level: Beginners / Basic
Class for adults who are interested in learning acrobatics safely and effectively. Tricks are practiced "step by step" with training methods that are easy to follow. By doing different exercises, everyone finds their own level and the things to correct before you are ready to advance to the next level. We give students the tools to continue practicing in their own time. The class is open to all levels and no previous experience in acrobatics is required.

 

LESSON DESCRIPTION – Level 2

Level: Basic / Advanced

A class for adults and enthusiasts over the age of 16 who are looking for a challenge in their training. For those of you who already have basic acrobatics (somersaults, handstand basics, cartwheels, possibly volt / half volt). In this class, we focus on backward movements (flick, backward volte) and strengthening the skills already mastered.

 

IN THIS LESSON YOU WILL LEARN – Level 1

Standing and handstands
Somersault variations
Cart wheels
Half volts and volts

IN THIS LESSON YOU WILL LEARN – Level 2

You will strengthen the basic foundation of acrobatic skills
Reverse volt and reverse half volt
Variations to volt and half volt
Tricks you didn't think you could do

WHO IS THE LESSON SUITABLE FOR – Level 1

 17-99 years
For all beginners, regardless of their sports background, no previous experience is necessary!
For adults who would like to safely start practicing acrobatics (somersaults, cartwheels, half vaults and vaults)

 

WHO IS THE LESSON SUITABLE FOR – Level 2

 17-99 years
For you with a strong basic acrobatics or sports background
For adults who would like to safely start training backward movements

Level 1:
WED: 18:10 - 19:10

Level 2:
THU: 16:30 - 17:30 

REGISTRATION

Register for the class you want in the Avoinna24 service from the link below.
Remember to register, even if you just come to test classes with a trial week ticket.

After that, buy a ticket for the trial weeks or the whole season.

* Trial weeks: 7th - 27th January 2025
* Spring season length: January 7th - May 5th, 2025
