HOUR DESCRIPTION

Come and learn the secrets of handstand! In class, we practice the most effective ways to learn to stand in handstands, regardless of your starting level. We go through how to practice handstands safely, the most effective exercises that teach your body how to balance on your hands and what all you need to practice to finally be able to balance on your hands yourself. In class, you will learn the necessary muscle fitness exercises and stretches that help prepare your body for effective handstands and prevent common handstand injuries.

WHO IS THE LESSON SUITABLE FOR?

For 7-99 year olds
Perfect for beginners. You don't need a sports background.
For a motivated person who is willing to put in the work to learn a new skill.

THU: 17:35 - 18:35 / Advanced

REGISTRATION

Register for the class you want in the Avoinna24 service from the link below.
Remember to register, even if you just come to test classes with a trial week ticket.

After that, buy a ticket for the trial weeks or the whole season.

* Trial weeks: 7th - 27th January 2025
* Spring season length: January 7th - May 5th, 2025
